Solstice presentation:
Photography
I thoroughly enjoy doing presentation and thrive when it comes to verbal and physical communication. When the opportunity arises to do a presentation as a means of communication. I also had the opportunity to present my experimental architecture photography and describe the techniques used in the process. I also spoke about how my secondary research into other photographers and the analysis of their work had inspired/influenced me in my experimentation. I also received a distinction in this unit.
As part of my Creative and Digital Media presentation I was required to create a professional and engaging presentation about how I would respond to the Solstice energy drink commission. I communicate clearly my design concepts and vision for the content of the multi media campaign to the client. I received a distinction for this unit and I believe that my clear presentation significantly contributed to the overall grade.
HEad Student:
Speaking and listening
This is an assessed speaking and listening presentation I did which I received a distinction for. It was a presentation/sales pitch about a fictional virtual reality product I was looking to receive funding for. I spoke about the competition, my secondary research and displayed my interest in the subject. My presentation stood out especially as I had opted not to use notes and to stand/move around the room. My personal use of hand gestures for communication in particular represents my individuality coming through in the presentation.
