Sub genres is the combination of genre and smaller groups of classification as it is often challenging to describe a media text in one genre. An example of this could be Action which has all sorts of sub genres because it can be combined with /Comedy/Thriller/Drama/Heist/Chase/Western/War/Sci Fi to name a few. If the text has multiple genres and meanings within it it can be considered a hybrid.
