I learnt about editing educational, formal style presentation based content in a way I haven't previously. With well timed professional transitions, screen recordings, behind the scenes extracts, meeting recordings and presentation the videos came together to become an example of successful structural editing and the associated techniques.
In a marketing meeting with the Spectra Productions Team it was collectively that each role or department should develop and provide an insightful behind the scenes video or series presenting what they have been working on to promote the film through educating a social media audience. As the editor I decided it would be appropriate to develop a three part series going through how I created and edited the trailers during lockdown. (Two Featured here) These were particularly popular on Facebook and helped increase my personal exposure as an editor alongside the project.
trade off
Using footage from set filmed by the skilled and regular collaborator Josh Jay I created a montage of funny moments, bloopers and educational content regarding the creation of trade off. The video is a cult classic hit with my small community of followers as many of them feature in it.

It demonstrates editing techniques for non fiction pieces in order to suppress time and demonstrate/create comedy.
